In its third year of existence, Rotary Club of Accra sponsored three (3) Rotary Clubs to the east, in faraway Nigeria, namely, Rotary Club of Kano (1961), Rotary Club of Lagos (1961), and Rotary Club of Ibadan (1961). And thereafter to the west in Sierra Leone and Liberia, that is, Rotary Club of Freetown (1963) and Rotary Club of Monrovia (1964) respectively.

The Club has one (1) Community Corps that take action in their various communities, that is, Chorkor RCC Club.
